I had the opportunity to complete my undergraduate and graduate degree in California where I lived for16 years. I had my first professional job offer in 2001.I was lucky to have met a great business leaderwho took me under his wings and taught me how a business worked. During 13 years, I attendedexecutive meetings, worked in various departments and had what I call a REAL LIFE MBA course. I learned how negotiations happened, what considerations where taken when making difficult decisions,how budgets were met and how employees were valued.

 

Since this job, I have had the opportunity to live in France and Spain. In 2013, I set up my own companyand started my consulting work. I have since worked with clients from various parts of the world like France, Spain, UK and the US.

 

My travels have given me the opportunity to live and work in various cultures. I am intrigued mylanguages and have had the opportunity to learn six languages. I am fluent in English, French and Spanish. I have a conversational level of Amharic, Arabic and Turkish.

 

I have had the opportunity to work for a variety of businesses and that has given me so much insight.
